When will I receive my order?

    Our warehouses are doing their best to ship your order as soon as possible.

    We apologize in advance for any delay in the delivery of your tracking information and your order due. You can expect to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order. If you are concerned in regards to your tracking information, please contact us after 3 business days have passed. Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please also check your spam folder in the event that it has ended up there.

    We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We hope you are excited about receiving your order!

    I have received the wrong product - What do I do?

    If you receive your package and it is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as quickly as possible.

    Warranty & Repair

      The Vanguard Warranty does not cover:

      • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
      • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
      • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
      • Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
      • Movement, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass

      If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Groupon or an unauthorized third party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a timepiece that is counterfeit, used or defective.

      Jon Oscar Co does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card. 

      Can I wash my watchband?

        Leather watchbands – We do not recommend you to wash the leather wristband. Exposure to water can dry the leather and possibly cause damage to the wristband. However, a local watchmaker or watch retailer may have cleaning products specifically designed for leather.

        Can I change my order address?

          If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. 

          In the event that we are unable to process the address change directly in our system, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of delivery address.

          In order to help you further, we would really appreciate if you could provide us with the following information :

          - First and Last name,

          - Company name (if needed),

          - Street name and number,

          - Zip code and City,

          - Country,

          - Phone number and Email Address.

          Is the Vanguard Collection waterproof?

            Yes, up to 5 ATM or approximately 50 meters of depth. 

            What payment options do you accept?

            Jon Oscar accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Shopify pay as well as various other local debit cards and invoicing options.
